 "Good business hotel"
I stayed at the Ramada Hotel Alexanderplatz at the beginning of June on a business trip. The hotel was clean and pleasant and the staff tried hard to please. My only suggestion to make the rooms better would be to have tea/coffee making facilities. I would stay again if I needed to be in east Berlin

Pros: Very good location
Cons: Upon checking in my booking was not registered and had to wait nearly 30 mins to get a room. i felt this was not acceptable as my booking was made in advance before leaving australia. location should be made clearer when arriving from rail station.
