 "The worst hotel I have ever seen."
The hotel was so bad and the staff so unhelpful that we left he hotel without staying one night even though we were booked in for 3 nights. Our room was filthy, in need of redecoration, very hot and lacking in basic items such as soap, toilet paper and towels. The room we were shown to was in the basement, more like a dungeon, the window was wide open due to the fact the room was so hot and outside the window was a very unattractive pile of full bin bags, an open invitation to rats. We contacted the customer service department on our return and received an automated response to say that they had received our email but 7 days on no further response!!!

 "Good location"
I must admit the hotel was lovely and clean - but the sink in my room did not drain away along with the shower that just filled up - there was a ceiling fan which was there for decoration as I couldn't get it to work also could not open window which made the room rather stuffy - there was air conditioning but again you would have to contact reception at an extra charge no doubt - continental breakfast was good and quite substantial

 "good value stay near central london"
We got a last minute deal, which was extremely good value. Good central location.A clean en suite room, although the decor was a little tired. Quite good continental breakfast, although it was a little chaotic as there were few staff around. Overall a pleasant stay, which was extremely good value for the price we paid.

 "Ideal for an overnight stay"
When booking a twin room be aware that the beds are quite small (narrow) so if you like plenty of space these may not be ideal. Apart from that the hotel was clean, reception staff were courteiou although not sure if they would be able to understand complicated requests. Room & en suite were very clean. Very little traffic noise which is always welcome.

 "Reasonable location, decent sized room"
Pros: Reasonable location, decent sized room.
Cons: My room was under the entrance and so there was a lot of noise from above. althought the rooms were decent the hallways of the hotel were rather run down.

Pros: Good location
Cons: There was one receptionest who was very rude to us. i kept having problems logging off the purchased internet with my computer (so it kept running while i was using it). i kept bringing it downstairs to see if they could fix it and they could not. but the one receptionest was not understanding and wanted to charge me more. also, though the room was clean, it was extremely run down, which made for an uncomfortable stay
