 "Good location, easy walk to kings cross"
Pros: Good location, easy walk to kings cross. basic breakfast included.
Cons: Room was way too small for 8-10 people (& the guy on the desk said they were always 10 bed rooms...). 4 bunks (so 8 beds, 4 top bunks 4 bottom) were connected- so every time a person rolls over/sneezes it shakes all the beds- i got very little sleep as a result of this, and i'm a heavy sleeper and have been travelling and staying innhostels for months.

The staff are very nice and always here to answer our questions

Clink78 London enjoys a convenient location to discover both the city’s rich history and its diverse multicultural present. Camden Markets and Regent’s Park Zoo can be found to the north of the hostel and to the south there are Paul’s Cathedral, Tate Modern and the renowned British Museum. The hip nightlife of Angel, Old Street and Farringdon are situated to the east and to the west are the shops of Oxford Street and Covent Garden. Metro station King's Cross/St. Pancras and several rail stations can easily be reached on foot from the accommodation.

A fun, safe and secure hostel, Clink78 combines 200 years of history with a quirky and colourful interior in London King's Cross. Set in a former courthouse the property now offers a TV lounge in the courtroom where The Clash were on trial, an Internet courtroom, a games area, a self-catering kitchen and a bar. The building is classified as an English Heritage building, thanks to the courtrooms, front entrance, reception and 7 original prison cells. The hostel also boasts a travel shop as well as laundry facilities and the Bar opens at 19:00.

Clink78 London offers secure key-card access to every room, free bed linen, a luggage room and a London walking tour. Here you can choose between clean and cosy single, twin, triple, prison cells rooms or dorms (from 4 to 16 beds) all equipped with unique and innovative pod beds, reading lights and personal lockers. You can also choose for a Girls Only dorms and Girls Deluxe for even more luxury.

Happy Hour is every day between 19:00 and 21:00. Spirit and mix costs GBP 2.00 or less. There are tasty Shooters & Cocktail deals too! The bar features DJ/music, theme parties, game nights and a quiz each week, as well as fabulous occasional acoustic sets. Games in the bar include a pool table and table football that feature regular competitions and great prizes weekly!

- When booking dorm beds in dorm rooms, it is not guaranteed that you will all be staying in the same room. We suggest booking private rooms if you don't want to be split.
- In the event of Force Majeure (governmental action, fire, flood, insurrection, earthquake, power failure, riot, explosion, embargo, transportation interruption of any kind, terrorist attack and acts of God) Affecting your booking, the company reserves the right to receive any outstanding payments in connection to your confirmed booking.
