We had no problem to finding the hotel. The staff was very friendly and gave us lots of useful information about Prague. We booked a double room but got a twin (we were then offered another available room but that one was pretty much the same so we just put the beds together which worked fine for us). Nice and comfy bed. Pretty good location with closeness to a tram station. Our room didn't have AC which could be a problem when hot weather. We slept with open window and had no problems sleeping. The only less good thing with the hotel is breakfast which is pretty basic. It could be improved with some fresh vegetables for instance. A plus is honey for tea. We had a car and parked on the street in front of the hotel for free.

Pros: Staff very helpful, tram right outside 10mins to wencelas square, clean room.
Cons: We got a tiny room, (think we got the short straw as the other rooms looked like they would be decent sizes), very noisy as the tram stop is right outside, however this wasn't a major problem. don't know if it was just our room but the bed was not great, it slumped on one side..?!
