This is a great hotel, cheap, cleaned and the persons behind service desk are friendly and always available to help you. Is situated in centre of city and distance two minutes to walk from central station.

Hotel in great central location-staff v.friendly and helpful. Easy to find way around-Grand Palace amazing. Recommend cycle tour-but not in the rain! Chocolates and beer galore.Good fun trip.

Pros: I was alone at this hotel, but was allotted a large double room on reception level, a great help since i was not in full health. the staff even came to the front steps whenever i needed any help with luggage. the hotel is right beside the marche aux herbes, filled with cafes, movement and the occasional musical busker, and one short block from the tourist mecca of the grand place. the large central station is a stonesthrow away.
Cons: No. the supplement for the ample breakfast was warranted since the easy-to-book tariff was a sheer bargain. i did not take breakfast more than once, because it was too much and removed the need for a hearty lunch. eating in brussels is a prime reason for going there, besides shopping for lace and chocolate, gifts for friends. however, do be warned about some brussels establishments, which advertise "bargain lunches", then try to charge the full evening price. disconcerting!

Cons: No way i hete the riseption porsone i was in police st not hotell 2 of them they are not relly good for me and for otheres change thise guys i cancle the 3 day bcz of them ohhhh i don t have word abut that no one can vist me if we ask something just no with very strong word these is not hotell etikes i am olso working in hotell but i never see like that any way its ok for me think for otheres !!!!!!!!thank you olso i have refend mony for 2 day i well see olso how they well refend for me thank you
