Great location and good value. Hotel under refurbishment but rooms are new, clean and serviced daily. Great place to stay.

Pros: Nice staff and good clean room, albeit small. good for one or 2 nights for just using to sleep in.
Cons: The hotel is in the middle of renovation so parts of it look shabby.

Pros: Staff is very nice and helpful, especially ms. dina, a wonderful very accomodating person, she even let us check in well ahead of time. hotel location is very good and very close to paddington station (one of the main stations in london). hyde park & edgware road are a very short walk from the hotel.
Cons: The wifi wasnt working, the bathroom was big and nice but the basin was so small and doesnt drain well, the heater wasnt working but we were lucky that our room wasnt that cold.

Pros: The staff of the hotel is good and also the location of the hotel is very good.
Cons: The price of the hotels is not compatible with value of the rooms. i have rent duble room with 81 pound, however the size of the room is very limited and the size of the bed is compatible with duble bed and carpet is very derty and it needs change so i see alot of negtive things in this hotel(the house needs refuribshing). at this stage i will not recommond any friends to stay at this hotel. good luck.
