All was average. It was very strange to obtain only one towel for the person, to pay for kettle and not to have save box in the room. But the service was very friendly. Breakfast was good enougph. People in the reception were very helpful.

Pros: Great location, friendly and very helpful staff, free wifi with excellent service (a rarity in hotels!), good breakfast and clean rooms!
Cons: Room a little smallish (we we're travelling with two big luggage bags and two hand luggage bags, so we're a little cramped) - not extremely small, just smallish.

Cons: Very noisy group of kids on our floor, that were up and running around the hotel all night, sticking chewing gum at our door handel. staff did not do anything against that
