Pros: Excellent location, has a bus stop literally outside the hotel which connects with verona, sirmione and brescia, also, it is close to the public beach (well, not 20m as they state, but more like 100m, still very close!). the breakfast was generous and the stay was really nice.

Cons: The bathroom was a bit smaller, but nothing which would really matter (just think about removing the toilet paper from its tray when you are going to take a shower ;) )
