 "Hot nights"
Very serviceminded personell. The recetionists was really friendly, effective and helped us with different questions regarding our stay in Amsterdam. It was not possible to adjust the heat/cool at the room. Because of noice from the street outside we could not have the window open. Really hot in the night!The location was OK compared to the Railway station and the city centre.

Was disppointed that you said all rooms had bathtub when indeed not one room did - only showers. This was my only issue with my stay so please change/update the description of the hotel so it is correct

Pros: The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Cons: There was no coffee/tea facilities in the room, storage space poor, air conditioning noisy on high so the thickness of the quilt was too much as we couldnt put the air conditioning on high making it very warm, bed was hard

Pros: Staff were helpful during stay, rooms were cleaned everyday. the safe in the room was handy. happy to stay here again!!
Cons: On our arrival, staff weren't too happy and welcoming. asking for directions was a bit of a task. 10 minute walk to central dam, difficult during winter months. otherwise, it was a nice hotel, at a reasonable price.
