I found this hotel very welcoming and ideal for staying and visiting London with a young child. Until I found out that the nearest station Kensington Olympia was an overground station and that tickets could be used from the underground system it had meant a lot of walking. Cons: The walls dividing the rooms are paper thin. i could hear next door's electric jug click off when it boiled, and everything else that went on in the room...

Pros: Hotel staff was very accommodating. upon arrival and presentation of our confirmation information, we learned that we did not have a reservation and that the hotel and all the other hotels in london were booked, the gentleman on duty worked tirelessly to locate accommodations for us. his service was great. he even assisted us with getting our bags to the location that he secured for us.

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. while our friends had a tiny room, ours was a good size. having a lift was appreciated.
Cons: The kensington/olympia underground train only operates every 20 mins. from earls court. not a lot of restaurants close by.
