I have stayed for 3 days.. the location is ok, near to the atocha station..the staff also very nice and they can speak english very well and also help me on the direction I went.

Pros: Room was comfortable and hotel was located well for our needs.
Cons: The charge for the safe in the room seems unnecessary, if the hotel cannot provide adequate security, the safe should be free like in many other hotels.

Pros: I love the way the spaniards take their work so seriously. this hotel seemed to have a tradition about itself. it was well managed and the staff were efficient and friendly. i fully recommend it.
