You Get what You pay for.Typical London house,old,small house,small rooms But They we're Nice,tidy and clean and I am very satisfied.Went with my Daughter and just about all. Did Was slep here,- the location close to the Victoria Station Was perfect and the Wicked Musical Was so close too.I onlie have a few negative things to complain on...to me the room Was too warm AS the radiator Was next to my bed..we left the Windows open When we left for the day But When we got back They we're closed and the room warmer than we preferred.Also,in the breakfast room I would have preferred the door between the breakfast room and the staff closed,AS They made a lot of "noise" - doing dissens,takling loud to eachother in all Kind of languages....could have been more cosy withouth that I really must say.The people in the reception we're polite and corrent,But could have been more outgoing and smiled more.But again,I am Happy with my stay here and would absolutely not hesitate doing it again! :)

Noisy - The noise coming from everywhere was very loud. The walls are not soundproofed or the ceilings or walls. As others have stated, nice look, but terrible experience as we did not get any sleep. Staff was unwilling to even care about the problem. I could hear the peope above us walking every step and the people below us kept slamming the door to their room. Staff didn't care much about telling them to be quieter and respectful.WiFi - Detected WiFi via my iPad & iPhone, however unable to connect in the room. No wifi signal in room. Checked on three devices.Couldn't find a remote control for the TV. There is no lift, so could be a problem if lots of luggage.

We chose this hotel based on price and location. It is about 10 mins walk from Victoria station but maybe a little closer to Pimlico. It was clean and warm and comfortable - the breakfast was basic, (cereal, youghurt, fruit cocktail, rools, ham, cheese, tea and coffee) but good. Pleasant stay, and would come again if in London

It was a nice stay in the hotel. Nice people, good bed and the bed was oke.The breakfast was simplle but for us enough.We really enjoy our weekend in Londen and maybe we will be back sometime.......

Nice hotel near the large sistoria tation, in a very nice and clean part of the city. Nice service and people working at the hotel. Could have used a larger room for 4 people, but then again - we didn't use much time at the hotel! But maby some other chairs at the room, to sit on instead of the bed and only one chair. But overall a nice stay ;)

Location is very convenient for the purpose of my short stay in London . Room is clean and staff are friendly. Very good value for hotel accomodation in London. My only complain is lift for luggage. It would be perfect if there is a small lift even for luggage only.

Very nice hotel closed to Victoria Station in a very quiet quartier. The staff is welcoming and the bedroom clean and comfortable.

The bed was very small. The street is busy, also at night. It was very warm. Breakfast was very bad.. only a slice of bread and some Jam.

Good localization, ten minutes walking by Victoria Station - one day we stayed without hot water - room with good clean - simple breakfast - good relation price and quality

Staff helpful and showed concern that I was unwell. Ten minute walk to Victoria Station. Plenty of eating places near hotel. Room size too small. Not able to get case from one end of room to other without lifting it over beds. Very little room to get past bed to reach bathroom. Breakfast room very small and always very crowded.

Hotel's location is not bad but it should be noted that it is walking distance if you are lightly loaded!The reception area was manned by an unfriendly staff that don't even bother going out of their way to help! They were very good in reminding me non stop i had to pay for my phone call.The room was very very noisy with constant flushing like sounds coming from the toilet. safe to say am never coming back and would not recommend it!

Friendly helpful staff - we had an excellent stay!Room was clean - 2 beds - quiet. I can't say enough about the staff.

We stayed at Hanover hotel and the service and quality was excellent. I must confess that I was worried that with this good price the hotel would not be up to standard, so We so happy with the nice surprise, It was just perfect for us.

A overall good hotel exept the beds, not so comfortable. The location was perfect, close to Victoria Station and the straff was helpful.

We booked a quad room for an overnight stay and were really pleased with our room. We had 2 singles and a double, the beds were very comfortable and had lots of pillows! The room was clean and the staff helpfull even leaving reception to go out in the rain to flag a taxi for us. We had a really plesent stay and would stay again.

The hotel was very conveniently located for my purpose of stay. The staff were very friendly and acommodating.. In my original booking I did ask to have a room on the lower floor sinc there were no elevators. On my arrival I was put in a very small room with enough space for my suitcase and the bed, and a curtain between the shower/toilet and bedroom. However I did speak to the manager the next day and was moved to another room at one of their other hotel across the street. The Airways. Although the room was 1 level below the main level it was very clean and comfortable. The staffs there were also very friendly and helpful. the hotel suited my purpose for the convenience of getting around and lots of good eating places nearby. Like most othe guests, my only negative comment is the very small breakfst room. The breakfast was not great even for a continental one. However, it served the purpose of my having something to eat before heading out for the day. I, personally would stay there again as long as I do not have to go up or down more than 1 flight of stairs. For a city like London and the convenient location, it was worth the money.Zalina

average budget hotel set in a good location , handy for the theatres and good links to the uhderground

We hired two rooms. Our was quite nice, but, we heard a lot of noise from the street and it was a big draught from the windows. The other room was a disaster! It was so Cole so we could hardly stay there, but it was very quiet!

everything was as it should be, which is quite amazing for these prizes. only the service at the reception was poor.good location as well.

This hotel was great for the location and price. The rooms are a little older and small and there are lots of stairs with no elevator. What made our trip was the phenominal staff. They really go out of their way to accomodate their guests and are very friendly and helpful. They are within walking distance to the Victoria Train and Bus stations and many restaurants. Great location! We would definitely stay again. (Side note - they were in the process of replacing all the beds with brand new ones while we were there so future guests will have a better bed)
