"I don't know, what do you mean and expect here."
I was "upgraded" to a double room with extremely tight space, no chair, no desk for my laptop, only roof windows at 3 meters hight. Breakfast simple, constant bottlenecks and quees due to tight space.

 "Poor"
The room was not as shown on the website. There was no sitting area, it was very small, no chair or writing desk contrary to what was mentioned in the website. The people next door were making extreme noise even shouting in corridor, giving obnoxious phone calls but inspite of complaining to the reception desk nothing was done. Breakfast was pathetic. Overall a very poor hotel.

 "Not good."
The first room I was in was in the basement. Really hot but couldnt leave the window open as being in the basement I didnt feel safe. Got moved to a new room the next day. Both rooms were tatty, rusty holders for shower gel etc in the shower, the shower door was broken. The window catch in the second room was broken. Walls cracked and paint peeling round the windows. The bedding was faded. The rooms WERE CLEAN. Breakfast boring and the dining room very small. Would never stay here again!

 "Poor low budget hotel"
I don't know how this hotel can class itself as "mid range" as it is decidedly low budget. The room was tiny, we booked a triple and the third bed was not fit for purpose. The other 2 single beds took up the rest of the room with the bathroom door hitting one of the beds when three quarters open. The bed covers appeared mouldy, the carpets and window frames in the corner of the room WERE mouldy. The neighbours were noisey with banging of doors and shouting from 4am. Breakfast was mayhem and poor. The only thing going for this hotel is its location. Do not waste your money, there are better low budget rooms available in London.

"The Oxford Hotel is a little gem!"
The location is less than 3mins walk from the Earls Court underground station, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room we got was compact as you would expect at this price in London and we actually shuffled the beds to a more suitable layout to give us more walking room which worked out perfectly. The bathroom was compact again but perfect for us both, clean with a good hot powerful shower and fluffy towels. The fridge in the room was an added bonus for me as I have to keep medication refridgerated which is normally an additional cost and hassle in hotels, our fridge wasn't working when we arrived so I called down to reception and in less then 5mins we had a replacement fridge installed. There are tea/coffee facilities in the room, the beds are comfy (I have athritis so normally struggle with hotel beds but these are comfy beds) and the breakfast is the best we have had at this budget B&B price in London with toast, cereal, boiled eggs, cheese, jam, juice and tea/coffee in abundance. We were here for 4 days and don't spend a lot of time in the room it's a place to sleep really but we both agree if your on a budget you can't go far wrong booking here, The Oxford Hotel is a little gem.

 "Good anyway."
The hotel was ok, I recomend it. It is a little expensive regarding the facilities and the location although is only 7 tube stations from the center but is on zone 2 which makes it more expensive.Breakfast was very good.Bathroom was also good and clean.

 "Oxford Hotel, Earls Courts"
A welcome convenient stay over location, quality facilities spoilt by the smallest bedroom we have experienced coupled by a bathroom of minute scale, use of the shower resulted in the basin and toilet being saturated. Little silly to have to remove from the bathroom the towels, toilet roll and personal gear to avoid being wet. Typical of many hotel room the walls lack acoustic isolation

"Good Location, poor service, tiny little rooms"
Our bedroom was far too small for 2 persons, so was the bed, the breakfast-rooms were so crowded that you suffered from claustrophobia. We would not book the hotel again!

 "Pretty good"
Receptionist were very friendly and was very helpful. And location was very good, easy to go around.Cleaner and waotress at breakfast girl was little bit too rude, and we noticed that cleaner had been looked our luggages, that felt little bit sad. other side it was very good for that price.

"I won't stay there next time in London"
The toilet was broken. The beds blankets, carpet and curtains were filthy. The rooms were too small. The photos in the site don't correspond to reality. But excellent location, very close to the underground and the staff was nice.

Cons: I had the unpleasant surprise of having twin beds instead of a double. the staff could not give me another room and they finally suggested to put both beds together. the shower is the smallest i have ever seen and it broke when i turned it on. overall it was pretty terrible. the price is good and location great, but i had to battle my way to have what i was promised and paid in advance.

Pros: Check in was swift, the breakfast was simple and you could have as much toast and coffee as you like.
Cons: The only negative was an american guest screaming at 3 am in the morning and the bed was two singles pushed together.

"The staff at the reception is professional and courteous"
Pros: The staff at the reception is professional and courteous. the room, bathroom and bedding was clean the first time i stayed there. hotel is located very close to the earl's court underground station which makes it convenient to travel to city center and also to heathrow airport. breakfast is good. it is fairly good value for money, because london is expensive.
Cons: We did not have a shower cabin in one of our rooms. the second time we stayed there we had a flood in our bathroom because a person in a room above us also did not have a shower cabin. there are no double beds, all the rooms have twin beds which are just joined together in the double rooms. the beds are also too short for people taller than 180cm. all the rooms are on the small side, but some of them are so small that the radiator is right next to your bed and some cannot fit one large suitcase and two small ones. the second time we stayed we had a blanket with a huge stain on it and when we complained, we got two new blankets, one of them having a different huge stain. one of the cleaning ladies is especially rude. she was stacking milk cartons right in front of our feet when we wanted to leave our luggage in the luggage room, did not let us in the elevator when we wanted to go to our rooms and did not come back to clean the room after i requested her to come back after my morning shower. the breakfast rooms are tiny and packed with people in the morning.

Pros: Good location with many possibilities for transportation and food(there are restaurants, pubs).
Cons: A little effectiveness of the staff when we arrived at the hotel and they asked us to pay in advance while we thought that the money had been withheld by the booking(although this was an omission of your website as it was refered on it in small print(rype) that make us not to pay much attention).the floor of our room could be cleaned at least once, but it didn't.
