Location was good, near the motorway but peacefull environtment.Not very far from the citycentre, the parking was free and the staff very friendly and helpfull.The hotel was neat and clean and the rooms were very comfortable.

There was no amenities e.g. Kettle ,complimentary tea, coffee. The bathroom was designed strangely. The toilet was separated from bathroom and there was no sink in toilet room in the room originally in. Asked for second room ,was better but again toilet sepeate from bathroom but had way badin in toilet room.The pool was heated and nice. Used to my advantage.

Great motorway access to paris and euro disney and great restaurant better then disneys fast food , parking and great service swimming pool gym sauna breakfast included great prices shops nearby i would recommend

The Saphir is a good hotel but in the wrong place if Paris is on the agenda. The hotel is a long walk from the station and trying to get a taxi from there is impossible. The cost of transport means it is better to stay in Paris city centre.The room was good but tea making fascilities would be beneficial

hotel was great, easy to find, lovely breakfast and beds really comfortable , only problem we had was at night the rooms were to hot and when we complained they told us its the same heat for the whole hotel so couldn't be turned down, in the end i had to leave the room door a jar which made us feel unsafe.

I had to cancel our trip to Paris for private reasons. I was not aware when I booked the hotel via easytobook.com that a cacellation is not possible and I have to pay for the hotel even if I didn't use it.I am travelling a lot and this was the first, and for sure the last time that this happens to me.I will never again book via easytobook.com.And also, even if they have a contract with easytobook.com that doesn't forsee a cancellation, I will not stay in this hotel. For me this approach is not customer friendly.For sure you will think, ok one customer that didn't read accordingly the rules, who cares.But I can assure you that I will recommend to my friends not to use your agency for booking.RegardsManfred Haerer

We stayed to this hotel in order to go to eurodisney . It was about 20 minutes far and there was a free shuttle that took us there, with many options on the timetable.The room was very nice and warm although the outside builiding is disappoinging. There is also an indoor swimming pool and all the employees very kind and helpful.

brilliant hotel, lovely staff members who were always willing to help. only down side is the location however transport to Paris was simple. The free shuttle Disney land was useful. one night we got stuck at the train station around about midnight and a hotel member of staff came and got us for the same amount would of cost to get a taxi.

the place is is inaccessible if you do not have a car, on your arrival at the station theres no taxis and the bus icomes maybe after 2-3hrs. rooms are okbut notea/coffee and kettle when you feel like taking a cuppa. dissappointed.

This hotel is perfect for short breaks to the city, especially if your visiting Disney Land as you get a free shuttle service. The rooms are average you get all facilities you need. We had breakfast at the hotel with our stay so it was value for money. My family was happy with the stay I would stay there again.

Reception staff very helpful particularly Benedicta. No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in bedroom although staff provided thermos with hot water. Had one evening meal - bit pricey for basics - three choices per night. Swimming pool lovely and warm. Had no postal code / sat nav code on website. 3 hour drive from Calais. Frontage looks like scene from Carry On film. All in all a good value plush hotel with good services. Very close to EuroDisney. Would go back but not in the distant future.

This hotel is good value, train station is too far to walk but we used out car, next to the train station we enjoyed a really tasty Turkish halal resturant, the rooms are spacious and of a good standard, however bathroom plumbing is a bit ageing as shower tray was filling with water during a shower and one tab was leaking when opened. This hotel is an old five star hotel so the facilities and parking is excellent and it is located right on the motorway with half an hour drive to Paris and 20 m drive to Disney land

The Rooms where very poor , with the toilet not having a sink as the only sink was in the bathroom , there was no mini-bar or kettle for hot drinks. There was no fridge either which is a basic nessecaity in a hotel room. The hotel is located by the motorway which was not advertised. The shower tiles had mould at the top and the bathroom had mould around the edges.

The room size was good for a family of 5. Good American breakfast. Good shuttle service to disneyland thrown in.The location is a bit remote, so if you have young ones driving is a must. The local bus service only runs hourly during most of the day, and the stop running at 1930, with a meal costing e24.00 at the least, you will need to be able to source your food from somewhere.It cost e54.00 by public transport to go into Paris.Our room Carpet was not vacuumed for 4 days, and we had to complain.
