Cons: The hotel has several weaknesses that do not justify the classification as a 4 star hotel. the guests cannot call an external line from their rooms-only from a phone booth at the reception. hot water is never too hot, but the worst is that the room heating does not work continuoysly -for the afternoon is only from 6 to 10 pm. imagine that in alpine cold conditions!
