My Room Airport Bergamo  

This was the perfect location for our trip to New York, close to Broadway, Times Square, Empire State Building and Macy's. The room was comfortable, bathroom ok, continental breakfast simple but enough, free coffee and tea 24h, free wifi - top.

Manhattan Comfort Inn is really situated in a perfect location to visit Manhattan. Close to Macy's, the Empire State Building and many metro lines to reach Downtown or Uptown. We booked a no-smoking room, but unfortunately it smelled smoky; besides there was no light (window closed, only artificial light). Breakfast was acceptable. Anyway price per value was good.

Perfect location next til Empire State, Harald Square Subway, Mary's and only 800 meters to Times Square. Very good beds, although just Queen size. Some minor problems to regulate water temperature in the shower. Breakfast after 8.30am is well crowded, and the selection in the restaurant is not that big.Still a very good value for money hotel, and we won't hesitate to visit again.

The hotel has a perfect location! Right next to empire state building and a short walk to time square. Breakfast was not impressive. The beds were comfortably. The room could have been cleaner, but it was ok.

I would go back to this hotel again, thought it was a good value for the city and a great location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was good with NYC bagels, basic items such as scrambled eggs, doughnuts, muffins - nothing fancy, but very convenient. The building itself has some beautiful architecture and lots of charm, especially on the first floor in the bar and breakfast area. They held our bags on the first day before check-in time and after check-out time so we could do some shopping in the area before we had to leave the city, which was very helpful.

The Hotel was very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone visiting New York. Location is good and handy for a number of the tourist sites. Breakfast and facilities were also above our expectations. No hesitation in recommending the Hotel.

Excellent location, close to Empire State Blg, Madison Square, Macys, Victoria Secret and all major stores and subway at end of street. Beds comfy, breakfast nice. Room was cold a couple of nights but was fixed quickly when notified. Would stay here again.

Excellent location, cleanliness, overall excellent hotel. Would recommend highly if looking for somewhere central but affordable but not lacking in quality. Free breakfast and tea and coffee 24hours a day made all the difference. Will be back next year!

When I arrived at the hotel they couldn't see my reservation.After a long time of searching and trying to call easytobook.com ( the number they had on the website and booking confirmation that I received by e-mail didn't work) I went to see on my creditcard and saw they didn't take the money for the room so I didn't have a reservation at the hotel although I received confirmation of my booking by e-mail and have enough money on my creditcard.Luckily they had a free room at the hotel so I got a room but no thanks to easytobook.com.To make a long story short it was very poor service by easytobook.com!!!!

The location is great, as I was an exhibitor at the Javits Center It was not far away. The service at the reception was very good and quick. Great idea - the hot coffee maker at the reception. The breakfast was also o.k.

we stayed in the comfort inn Manhattan for 11 days and we're enjoy. the hotel is in very good location, near some of curiosity in New York. the breakfast is so good with some of cakes and others bagles and breads, coffee, tea, milk, cheese...

My room was an okay size for 1 person The bed was fabulous I put my head down and fell asleep almost immediately. Then there is the heat. It was cold outside and the room was cold. Almost banged on the radiator like you see in old movies. The shower was with very little pressure and the warm water did not last but 5 minutes. I....generally like a good hot shower with good water pressure to start my day. then there was breakfast which I can only describe as adequate. Heard everyone saying isnt there anythibng else besides hard scrambled eggs. Not much of a bread and cake eater so in desperation did cereals Was looking for yogurt and did do some fruit Also would have loved some hot oatmeal, wheatena or cream of rice. So overall liked the location of the room and it was quiet at night and after all a room isjust a room and you run around with ffriends on vacay, I will say that all staff members were very nice and did the best they could in any situation. Would I stay at this hotel again?? I would have to say, absolutely not. Why??? For all the above reasons and I did not mention that my safe and my friends safe were not working properly. The benevolent relation of the personnel, cleaning in number I was every day, it is successfully located to look for visitors at the city. Shortcomings: monotonous breakfast, it is very cold in number

Very pleased I and 3 friends stayed here. The staff are brilliant especially Matthew. He is so helpful and friendly. He has everyone laughing the minute you meet him. Top class. The hotel is in fantastic location. Empire State around the corner and macys only one block away. Free breakfast of bagels, toast and scrambled eggs, fruit, cereals, donuts, porridge, juices and tea and coffee. Just what you need to start your day. Free tea and coffee in the hotel lobby 24 hours. A very rare thing in nyc hotels. Bedroom we had room 612 had two double beds was quite comfortable. Great place to stay

The hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance to many of NYC main attractions. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size and clean. Great hotel, would stay here again.

Our first experience of this hotel was when we were checked in by Milady, the receptionist-and a less welcoming reception I have never experienced. We paid 1854 dollars in cash and she had such trouble counting it. She snapped at the porter who was on his phone for distracting her and at me when I had the temerity to suggest that she lay the money in 100 dollar bundles. Her attitude was unfriendly, impolite and unwelcoming. We were leaving alot of money in the hotel in cash and her attitude was BAD.It took a total of 30 minutes to check in and we were left feeling like we wanted to go back out the door.Fab location, beds uncomfortable, rooms dated and top marks to Sayme the cleaner. The breakfast is a little boring but is good value. Other meals in the restaurant were excellent. All in all I would say that for location alone this hotel is worth considering if you're staying in Manhattan-1 block from Macys, 5th Avenue and the Empire state.

the place was great!! clean, spacious, with everything i would need... very cosy... I could feel like home with this comfortable couch in the living room... i shared the apartment with a couple at that time... they had their own private bathroom.. i had access to the shared bathroom which was so clean and stylish.. the manager of the apartment was very helpful.. they picked me up from the airport and get me back on departure..

We stayed here for 7 nights from 6-13 October. We were so happy with our choice as it is an excellent hotel. Location is absolutely perfect and very central. The 34th Herald Square subway is at the end of the street but is also within walking distance of many tourist places. Our room was so spacious, very clean and tidy. The highlight was the view of the Empire State Building from our room! Amazing to see it lit up at night. The room was cleaned everyday and towels were replaced. Breakfast was included and was enough to sustain us for the morning, you can get cereal, toast, bagels, waffles, pastries, eggs, tea and coffee. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family as it is very clean, brilliant location and great value. An overall excellent hotel!

We stayed in this hotel for one week. The hotel is very clean and the service is quite good. Unfortunately there was a labour in the street that started quite early, so we awoke rather early in the morning. But that was not the responsibility of the hotel. Breakfast was a bit poor. Hardly enough room for the guests, often too few knifes and possibility to toast, and a limited access of eatware.

Good service in a clean room with the availability of wi-fi connection and TV. The B&B is close to the airport (just 5' by taxi)
