 "Friendly and central in Florence"
Very central in Florence in a palazzo overlooking the river, fine and clean room, not spectacular but with what one needs. And a wonderful staff all very helpful in more languages. Perfect for holiday.

 "Best hotel to stay at in florence, every body is so nice and wonderful"
Pros: Best hotel to stay at in florence, every body is so nice and wonderful. extremely helpful. rooms are clean and quite, the view of the hotel is amazing, the location is amazing, the breakfast is fantastic, the staff is wonderful, there is free internet and also free phone. i can go on and on, but i would definitely stay here again when i return to florence.

 "The staff at the desk were very friendly"
Pros: The staff at the desk were very friendly. the room was basic, consisting of just a bed, desk, armoir, and a tv (no bathroom), but it was comfortable. we had a rearview facing room so it was very quiet. the location was pretty good, very close to the ponte vecchio and the main attractions of florence.
Cons: The elevator was scary! it was plenty big but the buttons weren't always responsive and we had to walk up it a few times. also, when it says "private bathroom" that does not mean that it is connected to the room. our bathroom was down the hall (very clean though).
