good hotel nice clean comfortable room in a very good position to the City Gate,walls and Minster.There is a small supermarket close by,very handy also resturants,pubs and atractions are within walking distance.

Easy to find, nice & close to the city centre. No plug or soap in wash basin, no ventilation in the bathroom and the English breakfast was a little small, 1 sausage, 1 egg, 1 bacon, 1 tomato, 1 mushroom, small scope of beans and 2 slices of toast, needless to say we went somewhere else on the second morning. But you pay yer price and yer take yer chances. Staff were friendly.

The service and staff were great. The accommodation whilst basic was clean and bright. The location is great , close to the Minster and town. The only negative was the ability to regulate the shower which was either scalding or off.

Fantastic city centre location. Rooms are basic but adequate. Warm and clean and comfortable bed with tea and coffee making facility. Was amazed at full English breakfast included in the low price. I would definately stay there again.

everything is ok except the single bed. I am a small size girl but the single bed is really small. And the frame of the bed was moving all the time. beacuse the bed is small so the cover fall down all the time aswell. My friend said the same thing to me.
