 "Cool hotel"
The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. It's in a great location near the major train station and the old town (Casco viejo) area of Bilbao, which is just across the river from the train station. It's also about a mile from the bus station. The shopping district (Cortes Ingles, Zara, Louis Vuitton, etc.) is also just a block or so away. Our room was at the back, and away from the street. It overlooked a block long pedestrian mall with restaurants. Noise was only apparent when the window was open. Otherwise you couldn't hear a peep.We only stayed one night, but would gladly have stayed there longer.

 "Excellent hotel in the centre of Bilbao"
Perfect hotel at walking distance from all you want to see in Bilbao. Price and quality very ok. Quiet and clean rooms, good service. Good connection with the public transport system. About 400 meters from the Airport busstop.
