Our hotel was freezing. When my partner asked for the heat to be turned on the owner was extremely rude and laughed. I then had to demand that the heat was turned on as although it was May it was lashing rain everyday and our clothes were saturated. The heating was only turned on as we told the lady that we were not willing to pay the remainder of the money due. The heating was finally turned on at night time. I found the lady very unfriendly and insulting. Also the hotel is located on a very dangerous stretch of road with no footpath. The hotel is not far from the centre however the road is very dangerous and not suitable for children. The minimum fare for a taxi was 9euro into town from here which is expensive. Overall we were very unhappy not with the hotel but with the treatment of the lady who was in charge/owner.

Pros: One of the most nicest hotels i have stayed in. the staff were great nothing was a problem we arrived late and they stayed at the hotel to welcome us . will stay here again next year thanks.

Pros: Family lombardi could not have been more helpful. the hotel is spotless and very well priced.
Cons: The toaster is so slow, you are better breathing on your bread to toast it.

Cons: The views are great despite the busy road. large clean and airy rooms, beautiful garden and pool. friendly staff, nice breakfasts, great value hotel just a short walk from centre. fully recommend this place and would go back.
