 "Good value for money"
I stayed in the hotel twice in October, one time for a night and the other for 2 nights. First stay I was very disappointed as one of the staff was not as helpful as I expected. The second stay the experience was totally different. The receptionist was very helpful and caring, showed me all the services in the hotel as well as their lovely "secret garden". I would definately return there.

Verything was perfect apart from the church bell. The room is very clean and the bedings are also very clean, the toilet and bath rooms are very clean. The hotel is at good location close to all amenities and most importantly 15 mins to Birmingham city centre.

The room was very nice, but the entrance not: the street door was dificult to find, as it looks like a garage gate, and also, to get to the room we had to pass through the kitchen.
