Pros: Hotel staff was very helpful, very well located, clean rooms.
Cons: Breakfast was very nice but had to wait for eggs, bread and coffee every morning. the bar is just opposite the entrance and they allow smoking.

Pros: Near the center of prague. quiet area.
Cons: Breakfast!!! they must have less two people to make and bring the food from the kitchen. it is not good pr that the guests must stay and wait for food. the hotel has rewiev over guests and can organize the breakfast better. for example,it is not enought to come with 4 eggs when 10-15 guests are staying to wait. poor lady who where jobbing there.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable, the staff at reception were incredibly friendly and always happy to give advice. the rooms were always immaculately clean when we returned at the end of each day.
Cons: The breakfast wasn't great. this is the only thing that disappointed us about the hotel. have to pay extra for orange juice and good coffee.

Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: The price we booked increased by £30 when paying on the day of our stay. the transfer we pre-arranged with the hotel did not turn up at the airport leaving us waiting nearly an hour.

Pros: I have stayed in honeymoon room for 3 nights. this hotel was amazing . beautiful location, perfect breakfast ,good service. the bed was the comfiest bed i've ever slept in. the staff were so helpfull, we had champagne on arrival. fantastic bath. the room honeymoon was stunning . we will certainly return. / nice spa with sauna and whirl-pool/

Pros: The breakfast buffet was as excellent as promised.
it was not that far from the city center (and very close to a small-brewery / restaurant very famous among the czechs and tourists(pivovar). moreover quite close to metro & tram stations.
Cons: Although it was promised, there was no internet connection in the lobby available: for 5 days they were expecting a technician to fix it!!! finally we left but it was not fixed yet.
we arrived early in the morning (about 8.00 o'clock) and though the half hotel was empty we were not given the room. the german-russian receptionist not even asked us an extra fee for it. we got the impression that the hotel was full and accept that. it was a pity because we traveled during the night and we were very -very tired.

Pros: Lovely hotel- great location and great breakfast.staff is super friendly and attentive . hotel is a cool boutique hotel in a great and quiet location.. it easy to walk almost anywhere in the ciy, major shopping centre within 5 minutes .standart room was beuautifull

Pros: We choose to stay at the donatello for our honeymoon trip and surely lived up to our expectation.the room were well service , spacious and excellent decor,the mattress on king size bed was very comfortable,excellent sleep quality. the customer service was very good and the hotel's restaurant food was 5star,breakfast was perfect with sparkling wine,large variety of cheeses-being a veggie.the location is excellent 10 minutes from charles bridge.our honeymoon was lovely. would highly recommended

Pros: The hotel was lovely. it was situated just 10 minutes walk form wenceles square and the main tourist attractions but was out of the way enough to benefit from the low prices local cafes and bars that the locals use. my partner and myself was very pleased with everything about the hotel.

Cons: The breakfast service is at times a cathastrope! it shouldn't be necessary to wait 30 min for coffee and bread after you have sat down. all foods and drinks should be put out for the guests to serve themselves, if there is insufficient staff to handle this.
