I'm Japanese and stayed with my friend for 4 nights. there was top of the hill so it was a bit hard to walk up such a high altitude. except that, everything was perfect. all staff were kind. they organized our tour to Machupicchu and Bolivia. almost all can speak English. here was the best accommodation in our South American trip. thank you so much!
