 "Good service, ready for a Makeover."
This hotel has friendly staff, is quiet and was kept clean. The service and front desk staff were very professional and took the time to provide directions, ensure access to cabs, etc. The room itself was dated and the mattress on the bed left me wondering if I was actually sleeping on the boxspring. I think the hotel is in a fantastic location and has great staff, but really needs a makeover. At the very least new mattresses would go a long way to improving the situation.

 "Great location!"
Prompt, friendly check-in service. The room was ready earlier than the scheduled check-in and made available to us to settle in. It was the double deluxe room....very spacious, with kitchen and sitting areas. The towels and bedding were new and very white!The location is fabulous...walking distance to Stanley Park, English Bay and ferry services to Granville Island.And...a great view from our room and the Cloud 9 restaurant.

 "Good location"
Pros: Good location
Cons: Horrible rooms , very dated , had to be moved twice . dirty iron ruined wifes 100$ shirt . moved to the listel which was streets ahead . would not stay again !
