Excellent old style hotel that has great service Rooms a little old but that is some of the charm at staying here since it is like I remembered it 20 years ago.Shower in tub a little less convenient then a shower stall.Good area for shopping and eating but a little far from the mitte although easy access with S bahn or U bahn. Get a day ticket for 6.30 euros.Room wasn't ready on arrival and they gave us a drink in the bar while we waited fir 10 minutes.

Location is perfect in the heart of berlin , The hotel rooms need renovation , standard rooms are very small, I paied extra and upgraded my self to a nice big Junior suite , however still was not renovated suite was quit old in its furniture and bathroom. Massage treatments was very professional.
