The hotel is situated in a good location close to the railway/bus stations. The hotel was operated by a neighbour hotel reception, which was a bit embarrasing. The stairs leading to the second floor rooms were narrow and difficult for eg. handicap persons. The rooms were quite modest but comfortable. Price/quality value acceptable.

Okay you want a review your site is not well managed when I arrived in Venice and walked to hotel i was told full up and that they had found me another so I had to retrace my steps and walk back to find hotel. I was unable to stay at the Airone as it was fully booked however they did find me alternative and that hotel was very clean and nice thankfully I suggest you sort out your site

Pros: Location was great and rooms were clean. the desk staff was courteous.
Cons: The one room's air conditioner could not be adjusted above 66 degrees f (20 degrees c). instead of fixing it they just shut it off. the beds were uncomfortable. the bathroom and shower was shared with 4 or 5 rooms

Pros: The hotel is placed close to the train station, so it's really easy to get to it with your suitcases.
Cons: I think is a little bit expensive for a room with shared bathroom.

Cons: The room and the private bath room is too small and the double room has only one small double bed.the hotel is rated as a two star hotel but the room is smaller than a private room in youth hostel. in my italian trips, i stayed in one or two stars hotel in various city (eg, rome,florence, sorrento, verona, pisa,siena,bologna,la spezia )and this room is the smallest and the worst. however, it costs 94 euro per night (room only)!

Pros: Very easy to find once you get off the rail station. also very close to the bus and ferry stations.
Cons: Toilet and showers had a lot of bugs. the hotel smells horrible sometimes. mold by the shower window. ac and tv was broken.
