 "Staff went out of there way to help."
Knowing we were arriving in Dubai on a late flight I had pre-booked the hotel online, Upon arrival in Dubai are bags were lost by the airline so after some long hours in traveling and in the airport I was ready for bed. We used the METRO for transport which was cheap and easy to find and use. The Hotel is the next stop to TERM 1 AIRPORT stop and we could see the hotel from the station which was a nice comfort late at night and when tired. The staff at the hotel were some of the best I have ever came across. Very welcoming and caring, the room was clean and so comfortable. In the morning we were greeted with complimentary toiletries and an update on our lost bag which the reception staff followed up for us during the night. After some time and before checkout the bag finally arrived with thanks to their help. Hotel within walking distance of the Irish Village and the Emirates Aviation College and would be an ideal base to visit that area of the city.
