 "Cleanliness and service"
The room was nice but basic. It was very dirty. The shower needed a good bleach and there was a sheet runner at the end of the bed that had food makes on it. The walls had dirty marks all over them and the siding door from the bedroom to the bathroom only half closed. Service was too extreme, they came every day even when we had a do not disturbe sign on the door. At one point they knocked once and then opened the door with no time for us to answer.
