 "Perfect Location for an Early Departure from BHX"
You just need to cross the street from this hotel to be in BHX airport. The hotel is not terribly attractive from the outside - it looks like a black cube. Whoever the architect was - I hope he did not get a prize for this. The reception staff was very friendly, explaining everything about the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and quiet. A small downside: if you do not have your own UMTS card, the hotel will charge you for i-net usage. The breakfast has three options: healthy, continental and full English. All prepared dishes look good for the category of hotel.

As usual novotel always guarantees a good room, cleanliness and good service. Restaurant was exceptional and the staff uncomparable to any other i experienced during my stay i uk and wales.
