Pros: The staff without exception were sincere and obliging, the facilities are great in particular the pool are where the food is afordable and delicious. our room was comfortable with an incredible view of the city, in particular at night.
Cons: We found drinks very expensive even with the early bird offers. perhaps the wine selection could be more exclusive for the european palate. several wines are supermarket wines at home (ireland) with a glass costing twice what a bottle would. hard to justify the spend 5 star or not!

Pros: The staff were very helpful, and very nice with it. the staff are great. they could not do enough for us. they were wonderful. everything was very goood.
Cons: The only thing was the bar fridge in the room, unless you know about it you could be charged for everything in the fridge if you pull it out. because it has an automatic register, you only have so long before it registers. as we bought our own drinks and removed everything in the fridge and put our own in. but we did not realise it automatically registers that you have taken out a drink. but when we explained at the desk they fixed this up very quick. no complaints.
