The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, but a little pricey for the quality. Great downtown location near subway lines. Awesome stay overall.

Very friendly, helpfull staff. Loved the hotel!!! Clean........ The beds and pillows are so comfortable I wanted to take it with me. I got a roll away bed for my 9 year old son. The roll away was comfy and a nice size double. The room was very spacious. I defientely would stay there again!!!

 "Wonderful staff"
Nice decor at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and amicable. There is no kitchen only a restraunt that's connected and that was disappointing. It's ideal to wake up and order room service, rather than going to a restraunt outside. There was a small odor that ran through our floor that was not pleasant. But once we voiced our concern we were accomodateed with an even better room, so they handled it well.

Pros: Helpfull staff very accomodation and knowledgable.
Cons: Yes, we were advised that breakfast was included but the hotel advised us that this had been discontinued. my voucher clearly stated it was included. also we booked for two nights, then went to another hotel for a wedding and returned on the saturday night, my confirmation clearly stated that we had only booked one night but sky travel had booked and charged us for two nights.!!!!!!!

Pros: The staff (especially the doormen!) were excellent. the room was large and clean, and the location was great.
Cons: I had asked for a room with 2 beds and got a king sized, and they were so booked up that we couldn't switch at any point even though we were there a week.

Pros: Front desk offered a lower price for rollaway due to no description for a deluxe room (1 or 2) beds). also they were very helpful with how to get around the city.
Cons: We asked for another blanket but were told we could not have one. they did bring several more sheets, at least.

Pros: Wyndham blake chicago did everything to make our stay positive and comfortable, fixing all the bad experience with the booking process with easytobook.com - we booked and payed for a double bed, queen size beds, only to realize the booking ended up in the hotel system as 1 king size bed for 4 people. this is an occuring issue with easytobook.com

Cons: I have stayed at several wyndham properties over the years...this one could use some cleaning and updating...the grout and flooring in the shower was old, dirty, and disinegrating. i expected more for the price that i paid...next year i will stay closer to michigan avenue

Pros: The staff and doorman were excellent. the room was very nice.
Cons: We ordered room service from menu in the room. we were charged more for our meals than the menu showed. when i called room service they told me that they had gone up on their prices. i asked that they honor the price on the menu. the lady told me that she would adjust the bill if it had not already been closed out. the bill was not adjusted and we had to pay the higher price.
