 "good value, service not so good"
I enjoyed my stay for the 2 days I was in the Springs. The second night I was staying there we got hit with a big snow storm. I assumed the parking lot wasn't going to be freshly plowed but I was expecting at least the VERY steep hill in front of the main lobby would be plowed. I was sliding down the side and the kid who was at the front desk was watching me sitting on the phone. I finally walked in and asked for some sand, ice ANYTHING that would give my car some traction-he took his very sweet time on the phone and made a comment "my boss mad my shovel about 30 minutes ago and it took me 10 minutes to clear all the snow, doesn't look like I did much does it" he never gave me sand or ice and I ran outside as a second car was about to slide into mine. I won't go back to this hotel specifically because of that kid working the front desk. You know its snowing, you know its a steep pull up and yet he just wants to sit inside and not get snow all over himself. HORRIBLE SERVICE
