Cons: Continental b/fast with no toast making facilities; rooms were dark, small & worn with no tea/coffee making facilities; staff wouldnt change money;

Cons: I did not think the breakfast was very good - no fresh fruit, tasteless cakes and tasteless cheese.

Cons: When checking out, the reception staff not at all friendly, but they did their jobs to a high standard.
Cons: Behind the cleaness everything was warn and broken. first the lock on our room didn't work and we couldn't enter our room without help from stuff. on the second room the toilet didn't work. poor selection on breakfast and they weren't very flexible on providing different selection for person who has food allergies.
