Cons: Our only disappointment was the hotels failure to give us wke-up call on the day of departure. despite having booked a morning call for 6.00 am. the receptionist said that she rang us but nobody answered the phone. apparently she said the phone was disconnected. to this end it should have been her responsibility to send someone to our room to wake us up. we could have missed our flight. i wrote to the hotel who have apologised and agreed to take action so that it does not happen again.
