Although the rooms may seem to be small, for a short stay the central location, good service and overall tidiness is sufficient. Should probably warn that the quality if wifi is not consistent and often very poor.

Pros: Room was extremely clean and inviting, close to all amenities.
Cons: Only, staff at front desk should tell guests to use the card in the lift as 4 people stood looking at each other thinking it was not working, i know it states to use card when you take time to read it but as we joined the other guests in the lift, i assumed they know how to work it.

Cons: Breakfast cost-think it should be included in room as was expensive. rooms quite small and had to ask for extra towel for 3rd person.more blankets in room for fold out bed in particular

 "Even though the reservation made on easytobook"
Pros: Even though the reservation made on easytobook.com stated that i reserved two rooms, when i arrived, the hotel only had a reservation for one room. when i was able to show my booking confirmation, the staff rectified the situation and provided us with two rooms. while the mattress was much firmer than i like, the room itself was clean and well appointed. the location (adjacent to st. pauls) was very convenient to my business office, the tube and central to many sites.

Pros: Ideal location for our purpose. filtered water and screw top bottles provided on landings was good. for location it was quite quiet.
Cons: Rude unhelpful staff when you could find anyone. expensive sub standard breakfast, all the ingredients of the cooked breakfast were of the cheapest quality. jugs of milk on table sour. during the late evening in the lobby it was like being in an up market knocking shop. could we be kinder no!
