 "Staff were excellent! although we did not get the double bed as requested..."
Pros: Staff were excellent! although we did not get the double bed as requested and was given a twin bed instead, the eiffel tower view made it worthwhile!
Cons: We waited about 2 and a half hours before we got checked-in into the room we want.

Cons: My room was not cleaned for 3 days when the "do not disturb" sign was not on the door, but, when the sign was on my door someone on staff walked into my room. further, despite checking with them a week in advance about having an early check-in, my room was not ready until 4 hours after i arrived.

 "I could not have been more satisfied"
Pros: I could not have been more satisfied. the staff were, without exception, charming and helpful and polite. the room was clean, light, spacious, well-equipped. service was excellent. i ordered breakfast in my room every morning and it never took more than about ten minutes to arrive. a free paper was delivered with it. there were more free papers both in french and in english downstairs if one wanted them. it was within sight of the eiffel tower and within easy walking distance of two different metro stops. i will go there again.

Pros: The hotel was ideally situated for my husband (who is in a wheelchair) and myself. the staff were very helpful in helping me with access for my husband in and out of the hotel.
Cons: We could not find a hotel with a wet room (roll-in shower) so we knew that the bath/shower would not be accessible for my husband. it would be nice if hotels could have this facility for handicapped people as it would make life an awful lot easier for them.

Cons: Roooms are too small for a 4 star hotel, furniture is olad and low quality.
