 "Great staff - lovely room"
This hotel is all the web site advertises however the staff are excellent and need a big rap. The Manager opened the door for us to enter and as there was no lift did not hesitate to take our bags up for us - did not wait to be asked. The breakfast couple also get a mention, so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Plenty to eat, especially the fresh fruit - delicious. Also the excellent choice of coffees and tees. Very impressive. This hotel is so close to the station we almost missed finding it - again an opening window - a joy in a big city. Would definitely recommend.
