Cons: I got my confirmation letter from the booking website but i forgot to bring it. the front desk could not find my reservation under my name because they messed up my last name and first name. we checked in very late and have early flight and my friend eas not happy because he thought i did not make the reservation. the 7:00 free shuttle bus did not depart on time and it made me miss my flight.
Cons: A lot of noise from the nearby highway - at least in the rooms at the poolside.
Cons: Old, stinky and the sheets were thin and bedding looked shakey
Cons: Aircon unit in rooms noisy. hotel was in need of redecoration and indeed while we were there it was getting underway.
