 "Wonderful place to celebrate"
I booked a King Suite at this hotel for the night of my boyfriend's 30th birthday, and we had a wonderful time. I arrived earlier than my boyfriend and was able to get out and enjoy some of the area. The location is fantastic. You're right in the heart of the financial district and only steps away from the PATH, Eaton Center and Yonge Street shopping, the theatre district and excellent dining. The suites are VERY clean, modern and luxurious. There was an iPod dock in the room for easy listening to music and apple TV (which we never got the chance to use, but have at home and love it). I had brought a bottle of champagne to celebrate and the front desk brought up ice to put it on and glasses for us to use. They were very helpful. There were 2 bathrobes in the room when we got there - we didn't have to call down to get some like other, more expensive hotels I have stayed at. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a very good night sleep. It wasn't noisy at all. We even received a complimentary breakfast at the Lobby restaurant which was delicious and the service there was fantastic. The only complaint I have is that the elevator could use some updating. It only holds 6 people and is painfully slow. However, with that being the only thing to complain about, I would rate this place a 9 out of 10. My only regret is that we didn't chose to stay longer. We will definitely be back.

 "Toronto Stay"
The Hotel Victoria, located centrally and conveniently, was a perfect launch pad for a quick visit to Toronto. The service was unfussy, the rooms were precise if not a little cramped, and the location within Toronto was intuitive. I would go back.
