Cons: I asked for a double bedroom in my booking, and was still given a different room (a triple with 3 single beds). now, if i ask for a double i expect to be given a double. so i had to go back downstairs to reception and was changed into another room.
Cons: A bare non functional room.
Cons: There was a external door in the side overlooking the courtyard in this 4th floor room which could not be closed.
Cons: The hotel was filthy, no hairdryer in room(as described)tiny double bed(advertised as big double bed)and nearly collapsed when you sat on it.lift out of service most of time(and we were on 5th floor)..staff did not look happy at all!!! not surprised!!
