 "Not worth the money"
■Some employees were very nice i.e . one gentlemen at the reception; team serving breafkat ; waiters working on the terrasse.'. Others could not care less about the client First night; we thought we coudn't sleep because of different time zones but it was mostly because of continuous mosquitoes attack. After two nights. we realized we had bed bugs bites on our bodies and blood stains on the sheet. We mentionned it to receptionist who did ntot say a word, bent down to grab a little bottle of spray that can be plogged in the wall. Not effective. We were suppose to go back at the end of our trip but we cancelled our reservation.ISheets and towels were clean ; elevator was working properly: breakfast were good. Without bedbugs and mosquitoes room would have been ok. View was giving on rhalf demolished building. Location was great. but we won:t go back to this hotel and would not recommend it Compared to other hotels the price is very high for what you get and the attitude of the personnel with public. no apologies, not a word There is Trip Advisor and there is the opnion of people who you meet when you travel. Everyone we met was happy, with there hotel and paid much less than we did. NOt to mention that we were there 3 nights to sleep and did not sleep at all. Not a good experience for us anyway.

 "Fantastic location"
Right on the Hippodrome which was surprisingly peaceful. The room was small but adequate. The staff in the restaurant were particularly friendly but all staff were very helpful. More choice of fresh fruit at breakfast wuld have been very welcome.

 "If you are going to Istanbul then you must stay here"
If you are going to Istanbul, Turkey then this is the ideal place to stay. Food was excellent inside the hotel and the location was awesome. I really could not have asked for more.I would definately stay here again if I go to Turkey

 "The hotel was incredibly charming and in a great location"
Pros: The hotel was incredibly charming and in a great location. the room itself was very cute, clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and excellent shower.
Cons: The concierge wasn't very helpful in recommending sites to visit or directions on how to get to various places. they also did not have any maps to provide us with, which made navigating the city a bit more difficult than it should have been. also, i brought my laptop given the free wi-fi in the building but the safe in the room was not big enough for my computer so i ended up needing to carry it around all of istanbul, which definitely put a strain on my shoulder(s) after a while.
