Cons: The lack of of airconditioning in the rooms meant that the room windows had to be left open at night, as the tem was 84 degrees during the day. unfortunately as the hotel was on a very busy road with trams driving past until 4.00 in the morning meant that we were unable to get much sleep. also no fans were available to help circulate the air
Cons: When i booked in october wifi internet was for free. during my stay it appeared that recently changed and i had to pay for it. i choose the hotel because of free wifi, as i need it for my job. paying €13 for 24 hours during a stay of 5 days means that i worked 2 hours paying my internet connection. there was no flexibility during the personnell, what really bothered me.
