When we arrived at the hotel they couldn't find our reservation in the system due to an error of the booking agent. The night manager was friendly though and checked us in anyways. The room was well used, quiet a few tiles were broken, the fridge rather ancient and really loud. Still, it was OK for one night. The location is great and the helpful friendly staff of the hotel make me want to come back.

We stayed there for 3 nights. Not luxury, but good enough for a short stay. Rooms are hardly decorated and dark, but quite clean.Location is excellent, near all the bars and restaurants on ocean drive and collins ave, but quite calm around the hotel. just 3 min walk to the beach (just across the street and a small park)! Breakfast is ok. Typical American with coffee, tea, orange juice, toasts, bagels, jam, nutella, cereals. But not really big and few place in the lobby to eat. So it´s more for a quick snack in the morning.I think its hard to find anything better for that price, so I would go there again.
