My first problem came before I even set foot inside the hotel. I rang up to ask about parking and was given a very short and quite rude answer of "Fleming way NCP" followed by the phone being hung up. No directions or help or warning that road works meant getting to the car park was difficult.The car park wasn't a NCP but a council run one but no bother there.Second problem came when I got to my room only to discover the double room I booked was actually a twin with two single beds. I complained and was told that I could not change to a double nor a single and pay the cheaper price. If they had specified when booking that it would be a twin I would of changed my booking or changed the hotel.The room was okay at best with little control over the temperature and the shower was underpowered.I would not stay in this hotel again and anyone planning on staying I suggest you check exactly what room you are getting before confirming a booking.
