 "Business Trip"
I booked late on-line and got a good deal . The room was very large. Reception where friendly but the gloomy entrance and just the lack of people around can give a sole traveller a feeling of isolation! A welcome pack in the room rather than a couple of bits of paper telling you what's on the basic menu downstairs, places to eat etc doesn't take long to do but give an infrequent traveller to Glasgow some helpful information.. I nwas at the back of the building but someone shopuld tell the bin men that 5am is not a great wake up call!!

 "Never a 4 star hotel!"
This was booked on line after a search for 4 star hotels in Glasgow. It's location is great, but the hotel it's self falls far below what I would expect of a 4 star hotel. I would have had better accomodation in a Travel Inn. The rooms are dank and dingy (318) Water pressure in shower was non exsistant. And more importantly don't expect a good nights sleep! From about 8am onwards all you can hear are the cleaning crews knocking on doors all along the corridors, that all said the waiting staff in the bar are a great crew. Would we stay again? In short NO, better value and better quality to be had elsewhwere.
