This hotel is located less than 100metres to the main plaza and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The problem is it is located on a busy and noisy throughfare for traffic which continues to late at night and starts up early morning. To make matters even worse we endured a thud thud disco for the three nights we were there from around 11pm to 4 or 5.15am in the morning - the noise was such it made sleep near impossible even with earplugs. While the hotel can only complain about the disco as we did, they probably need to invest in double glazed windows and other noise deadening devices as the noise was unbearable. This is quite an expensive hotel and the y need to do better. I mentioned this to the staff at check out. We were extremely disappointed and galad to get to Puno to enjoy a quiet nights rest.
