 "Careless"
During my stay, a night before I am to check out, the air conditioning outlet broke. It would have been a simple fix, by just adding an extension cord, but the gentleman at the front desk insisted they could not do anything. They left if in a hot room and said we'll fix it tomorrow...the day we were already set to checkout. After complaining a number of times, he says he has a cancellation (at around 4am), and we at this point drag all our stuff to another (smaller) room. The next day, they act like it happens all the time.

Good location but had to change room from a dark and smelly one on 2nd .floor to 3rd floor the blinds were broken so you couldnt darken the room , old TV, they chrge for internet no other hotel does this. parking 20$ a day. otherwise very friendly and helpful staff.

 "Nice location, good swimming pool"
Pros: Nice location, good swimming pool
Cons: Maid service is really bad. during our stay, they just managed to clean our bed (not so good enough) and bath .they don t even take away the trash from the room. hotel staff speak spanish better than any other language (haha) and they are as useful as a 5 year old kid.
