Pros: Polite, helpful reception staff. breakfast was moderate value for money. excellent coffee ! rooms were clean and comfortable. only one lift - clean and working well
Cons: Metro station is located at the end of the line. return journeys late night can be an issue if one depends on the metro. location of hotel is not in the most attractive nor romantic area considering that paris is romantic ! one reception staff seems to handle all the work. even helping in the kitchen . entry card to room did not work first time. had to go down seven floors to activate a new card . not what one expects when you have just arrived after a tiring journey late night.

Pros: The front office staff was very helpful and courteous
Cons: The rooms were exceptionally small and not clean. the curtains were soiled and torn, the bedsheets dirty.

Pros: Good location, near metro station and 10 minutes walk to monmartre.
there was a problem with reservation, because of late arrival they sell my room to another customer. but they were kind to buy a taxi and free accomodation in other hotel for one night for us. next day we came back to this hotel and all was good.
