Pros: Very friendly, helpful staff, good breakfast, close to convention center, no bedbugs.
Cons: The plumbing & elevator are so loud we could barely sleep, even with earplugs. shower plumbing & pressure are awful. understaffed for checkout. air quality very poor, had allergy problems.
