 "was below the expectations"
The hotel was under construction not being cleaned properly.At the time of the chek in the room was not ready.For the amount paid for rooms, demanded much more.On the positive side, the location and friendliness of staff

 "Why weren't we told..."
We like Libertel hotels but on this occassion we were surprised to find, on our arrival, building work in progress! Initially we were told it was just the breakfast area but next morning loud work was being carried out on the 5th floor in a room across the landing to us. It had been ongoing for 6 weeks so why weren't we told... we could have cancelled
